1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to deliver the highest quality of accounting and bookkeeping services. If you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the service. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, either by making necessary adjustments or offering an appropriate solution.
2. No Refunds for Completed Services
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed accounting or bookkeeping services. However, if there is an issue with the service we provided, we will address it promptly and work to correct any errors or discrepancies.

For clients who have subscribed to any ongoing services (e.g., monthly bookkeeping), cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. If you cancel after this period, you will be billed for the upcoming cycle.

Adjustments or corrections to the services provided will only be considered for the following scenarios:
- Errors caused by our team during the preparation or submission of financial reports, tax filings, or bookkeeping records.
- Failure to meet specific deliverables outlined in the service agreement or contract.
If your request meets these criteria, we will make the necessary corrections without additional charges. Any issues arising from miscommunication or changes in client-provided data may require additional charges.
7. Refunds for Advanced Payments
If you’ve made an advanced payment for services that have not yet been rendered, and you wish to cancel your service before we begin, we will refund the amount, minus any administrative fees. Requests for refunds should be made within 7 days of your payment.

Please note that we do not provide refunds for the following:
- Fees paid for advisory services, consultations, or one-time special projects that have already been delivered.
- Payments for subscriptions or packages that have already been processed for the current billing cycle.
