1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest quality accounting and bookkeeping services. If you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the service. We will work with you to resolve the issue—either by making necessary adjustments or offering an appropriate solution.

2. No Refunds for Completed Services

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed accounting or bookkeeping services. However, if there is any issue with the service provided, we will promptly address and correct any errors or discrepancies.

3. Subscription Services

For clients subscribed to ongoing services (e.g., monthly bookkeeping), cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. If canceled after this period, you will be billed for the upcoming cycle.

4. Requesting Adjustments

If there are errors in the service you received, please contact our support team. We will review the issue and make necessary adjustments—such as correcting financial records, reports, or tax filings—at no additional cost where applicable.

6. Eligibility for Adjustments or Corrections

Adjustments or corrections will be considered in the following scenarios:

  • Errors made by our team during the preparation or submission of financial records, tax filings, or reports.

  • Failure to deliver on agreed service deliverables outlined in the signed contract or agreement.

Requests due to client-side data errors or miscommunications may incur additional charges.

7. Refunds for Advanced Payments

If you’ve made an advance payment for services that have not yet been rendered, and wish to cancel before service delivery, you may be eligible for a refund (minus applicable administrative fees). Requests must be made within 7 days of payment.

8. Non-Refundable Items

We do not provide refunds for the following:

  • Advisory services, consultations, or one-time special projects already delivered.

  • Subscription payments already processed for the current billing cycle.

  • QuickBooks software purchases once the license key or product download has been issued.

  • Any transactions resulting from incorrect or missing information provided by the client.

9. QuickBooks Software Purchases

All QuickBooks licenses or software purchases from Turquoise Books are considered final and non-refundable once the license has been issued or the download initiated. Please review all software details carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue, we will help facilitate support through official QuickBooks channels.

10. Changes to Services

Requests for changes or modifications after service completion will be evaluated. Minor revisions may be accommodated at no cost. Extensive modifications or requests outside the original scope of work may incur additional fees.

11. Cancellation Process

To initiate a cancellation or request a service correction, please contact us via email or phone with your service details, a description of the issue, and any relevant documentation. We will review your request and provide next steps promptly.
